We at the Christian Counseling Center realize that stress plays a huge role in the life of Americans. Some tension in our life is healthy as it makes us feel alert and motivates us. However, too much stress can be detrimental to our health and relationships with other people.  There are lots of stress relieving techniques available that work to varying degrees. This month we want to provide some for you to consider.

Have a great month and hopefully these practices will carry over into months to come!
